Quinces & Sweet Sixteens

The origins of the Quinceañera celebration date back to the Aztecs around 500 BC. At age fifteen, boys became warriors and for girls it was the time in their life when they were presented to society as women. This tradition came to be when the Spaniards arrived in South America.

Like in the Hispanic tradition of celebrating a girl’s “quince años” celebrating a girl’s sixteenth birthday is an American tradition to commemorate the passage from girl to young lady.

Although both celebrations are similar in their traditions and ceremonies, there are some details that may be specific to a particular family or region. Let us know and we will incorporate those details into your special day.

Choreography

A very important component of the traditional celebrations of Quinceañeras is the choreography. From the court entrance to their exit, we create a unique set of dances catered especially for you. We set up an in-depth consultation to review your ideas and aspirations for the presentation of the special young lady and her court, making it one very memorable experience. Each client has unique needs for this particular service; therefore all packages are customized to you individually.
